Important Shipping Information:

1. Receiving Time = Processing Time(Normally 48 hours) + Transit Time.

2.We reserve the right to cancel a pending order in the event of a stock discrepancy at a warehouse source. Should this arise, an automatic refund will be actioned through the original payment method.

3. If the product purchased by the customer is not in stock in the local warehouse, it will be shipped tfrom the China warehouse.

4. There are high surcharges in remote areas and islands, and some remote areas and islands cannot be shipped. (Detailed places or other info please consult customer service)

5. Saturday and Sunday deliveries may not operate in many areas. As a result, our quoted shipping times relate to business days only, not weekends or holidays.

6.We do not offer express or overnight shipping in any country for now.

7. If your order includes pre-order products, the delivery date of the pre-order products will be based on the estimated delivery time stated on the page.

8.We do our best to ship in as few packages as possible, however orders may ship from one or more location and may arrive on different days in separate packages.
